Community Living
Group Home Services
We provide Community Living services in licensed residential homes throughout the Eastern Shore. Our homes are designed to feel like home — warm, structured, and supportive environments where individuals can thrive.
We currently operate five residential sites, including our newest homes in Denton and Talbot County, both opened in February 2026.

OHCDS Services
Outreach & Community Support
OHCDS provides flexible, community-based support for individuals who live independently or with family and require structured assistance. OHCDS promotes independence while ensuring individuals remain supported and engaged.

CDS — Individualized Programs
Our Community Development Services are not built on a typical, one-size-fits-all model. Shore CSI designs services entirely around the individual — their interests, preferences, strengths, and personal goals guide the plan.

New Day Program
Opening in Easton, Maryland — January 2027
We are proud to announce the opening of our new Day Program Service, scheduled to launch before January 2027. This expansion reflects Shore CSI's continued commitment to providing high-quality, person-centered services.
